Kaleido Festival Immortalized on Google Maps

Here’s something kind of fun I found:

Google Maps updates their aerial photos every once in a while, and this time the plane happened to capture last year’s Arts on the Ave Kaleido Festival. Go to Google Maps and search for “Alberta Avenue Community League” or follow this link to check it out. Look up and down the street and see if you can identify the attractions, or maybe even find yourself! This picture seems to have been taken early on Saturday, September 8, 2012. How do I know? Because I am pretty sure this is me and some friends getting ready to start on our People’s Choice Award winning lamppost decoration.
